Chocolate Cake: Organic cane sugar, Organic wheat flour, butter, Springford Farm eggs, Dutch Cocoa, milk, espresso, grapeseed oil, whipped cream, Callebaut dark chocolate, salt.

Gluten free cake Chocolate Cake:

Gluten free flour (rice flour, buckwheat flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, xantham gum) Dutch cocoa, grapeseed oil, organic cane sugar, Springford farm eggs, espresso, vanilla, baking soda, salt. Frosted with Swiss meringue buttercream (eggs, sugar, butter) and filled with dark chocolate ganache (whipping cream, chocolate, butter)

 

 

PLEASE NOTE: due to the amount of flour that we use and mill on site we would not recommend the flourless items for Celiacs.

Cake orders may not look exactly like the photos, depending on seasonal availability of fruit and flowers etc. We use flowers from our garden to decorate when possible, and fresh local fruit as much as possible.
